Clínicamente, SMZL se presenta como una enfermedad indolente y diseminada en el momento del diagnóstico, con una presentación clínica específica que incluye predominantemente esplenomegalia y, en la mitad de los pacientes, manifestaciones autoinmunes. Establecer el diagnóstico puede ser difícil, especialmente distinguir SMZL de otros linfomas de bajo grado, como linfomas de células B pequeñas.
Los datos clinicos son prioritarios.
