The diagnosis
The patient developed Therapy Related MDS which later progressed to a case of AML where the patient had 60% blasts.
The images show the following:
- Blast cells
- Dysplastic granulocytes
- Pseudo pelger huët
- Peanut shaped cells
- Dysplastic eosinophils with basophilic granules
