Nuclues has open chromatin pattern , high N/C Ratio some cells with round to oval nuclues and other with Irregular outline , visible nucleoli , some cell has cup like nucleus ..
Cytoplasm : some cells with granules
and others cell with slightly blue without granules …
All this features compatible with AML FAB M2
